Observation

One door at NE corner of gym was blocked open with a doorholder. This means a child could leave this area unsupervised. One door at the SE corner of gym was blocked open by a doorholder. There are not chimes or a means to hear if these doors are opened at all. The doors in the SW corner of the gym have an alarm. However, Jay R. reports that the alarm no longer functions. The main entrance doors did not chime or make a noise when this licensor opened them/arrived at the program. It was observed on later. None of these alarms or bells (NE) would be audible over the noise of the 32 children present.
